Terms and refunds

Free tools

The schedule pages, generator, printable calendars and .ics downloads are free. They are provided as-is: always confirm important dates against your employer's official schedule.

Calendar sync

Calendar sync is a subscription ($3/month or $20/year) that gives you a private calendar link showing your shifts. It renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from the “Manage billing” button on your calendar sync page. Your calendar keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and isn't charged again. If sync doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment.
