Your rotating shift schedule, as a calendar

Pick your schedule and crew to see every shift for the next 12 months. Print it, add it to your phone calendar, or share the link with your crew. Free, no sign-up.

Make your shift calendar

The cycle start date is any date that was Day 1 of the rotation in the crew table on the schedule's page. Not sure? Pick a recent date you started a run of shifts, then switch crews until the calendar matches what you actually worked.

Keep it synced on your phone

The .ics download is a one-time copy. Calendar sync gives you a live calendar link for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook that rolls forward on its own, and you can change crew or schedule any time without re-importing.

How it works

  1. Choose your schedule. Each one has its own page explaining the rotation crew by crew.
  2. Choose your crew and a date that was Day 1 of the cycle.
  3. Print the 12-month calendar or download an .ics file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Shift times default to common start times (7:00 for 12- and 24-hour shifts). Change the start time to match your workplace.
